That is up to the customer. Our buildings can be put on Piers, Pavers or a concrete foundation.
It depends on the size and any extras and availability of subcontractors and materials, but usually from 4 to 6 weeks.
You will need a State Building Permit for any building larger than a 10 x 12 ft. You will need an electrical permit if you want electrical rough-in and a mechanical permit if you want plumbing rough-in. Other permits are needed depending on City and County requirements. We obtain State, Electrical and Mechanical permits and help with City and County permits.

Portable History

Allstate Portable Buildings started from an idea that a portable building could match your home or office. This company is a spin off of Allstate Builders, Inc. Allstate Builders, Inc. is a construction company that was founded in 1975 by Bud and Linda Grady.

Bud Grady came to Albuquerque while serving in the Air Force. Once out of the Air Force, Bud started a house moving business. When house moving slowed down, Bud decided to get his contractors license. Soon after, Allstate Builders, Inc. was created. After many successful years of home building Bud retired. During five years of retirement Bud realized that he missed building. In the summer of 1998, Bud felt there was a need for portable buildings that matched one's personal needs. One portable building led to a variety of other buildings. So far, he has built portable art studios, garages, concession stands, ticket and valet booths. If you can imagine it we can build it.

Allstate Portable Buildings is a business owned and operated by the Grady family. The family participates in all aspects of the business, from production to delivery. Bud and Linda Grady are proud to serve New Mexico with their customized buildings.
