Is the roof flat?
No, we can offer you four different roof types: flat, tile, shingled or metal. We can match your current roof line.

Can I pick my stucco color?
Yes, we can match your current stucco by taking a small chip or use one of the stucco charts.

Do I need to put the building on a concrete slab?
That is up to the customer. Our buildings can be put on Piers, Pavers or a concrete foundation.

How long does it take to build the building?
It depends on the size and any extras and availability of subcontractors and materials, but usually from 4 to 6 weeks.

What kind of permits will I need?
You will need a State Building Permit for any building larger than a 10 x 12 ft. You will need an electrical permit if you want electrical rough-in and a mechanical permit if you want plumbing rough-in. Other permits are needed depending on City and County requirements. We obtain State, Electrical and Mechanical permits and help with City and County permits.

What sizes are available?
Our minimum size is a 10 X 10 and we build to the customer's specifications.

Can I choose my own doors and windows?
Yes.
